Well, I know it has been a long time since I have made a blog entry....thanks to those that keep checking back. We spent a weekend in Minnesota for our family reunion at the end of July...pictures from that will be posted...I promise. Then we have had a busy August with the last week being a fun filled week of sick Jeremy. We have a case of hand, foot & mouth (without the hand and the foot). So, needless to say, we have been busy keeping the fever down and trying to find things to eat that don't hurt. Jeremy has been living on Advil, Oatmeal and PediaSure. I don't know who wants it to end more....him or me!! So, after a long week and no more fever and being cooped up in the house....we headed off to Union, IL to see Thomas!! What fun! I highly suggest that if you have small boys to find out when and where Thomas will be close to you....it is well worth the time and money to see how excited a little boy gets when he sees Thomas...up close and personal.
So, today my Daddy is 40! I know....OLD!!!! My Grandma came to stay with me while Mommy took Daddy out to eat at Wildfire. When they came home we had birthday cake with candles and I got to blow them out!!! And then Mommy lit them again and I got to blow them out again!!! What fun!! The cake was YUMMY!! I haven't eaten hardly anything for a week and a half due to my mouth disease...but the cake went down just fine!!! Well, I have to go to bed now!!! It is very late and I am very crabby! Nite! Nite!
