I wonder what he's dreaming about......

This is how Jeremy fell asleep tonight....any guesses as to what he might dream about as he sleeps tonight? If not Star Wars it will be The Lone Ranger and Tanto....we watched the Legend of The Lone Ranger together tonight....a little violent for my liking at age 5 but he LOVED it! And I talked him through it and made sure to note the blood is just ketchup and it is just a movie so the death is not real, the guns are not real, the blood is not real and thank goodness that the good guy won and saved the President of the USA and the bad guy got what was coming to him too! However, it was weird to watch the actor that I know the best as the crazy scientist on Back to the Future play a bad guy in a western without the crazy white hair!!! Another note...for the rest of the night as Jeremy played with his Star Wars guys he hummed the famous tune of The Lone Ranger!

Above is a picture of the weaving that he did today at The Jerusalem Marketplace at our church. He was in the weaving room and they wove this place mat. Jeremy told me that "a real roman soldier from Bethlehem was there!" I asked him if he meant Jerusalem and Jeremy said, he lived in Bethlehem and then moved to Jerusalem and then he moved here!" It is a really cool program for the kids of our church to be fully immersed in the time that Jesus lived and to learn about what it was like to live then. This way they have a real person to relate to and can open their hearts even wider and love Him even more. It is also neat for them to learn a little bit about the Jewish Faith. During the five week rotation he will stamp leather, learn some Jewish songs and dances, shop in a market and taste food from the time. They will also make hygine care kits to send to Hati. There is a woman that is from Hati that will teach the kids about her country....the history...and talk about the earthquake and share pictures.
