He NEEDS a family that is paper ready to travel to his country to adopt him ASAP!!! Oh how I wanted to be him mommy....

Another Child Placed in My Heart!

I think this sweet boy, Vanya, truly looks as if he could be my son! When I showed Jeremy his picture this morning he said, "Hey, he looks like me but with blue eyes like yours!"

A report from a missionary who knows Vanya states that not a day goes by when he doesn't ask if someone is coming for him. He believes that one day someone will come for him. He believes that some day he will have a family to love him and he will get to live in a "real home." It's a dream he believes WILL come true! But he is EIGHT!!!! And soon in danger of being shipped out to an institution for the rest of his life!

Tuesday Tradition

Jeremy's first Shamrock Shake

My last Shamrock Shake of the season...most McDonald's don't have them anymore. I was so excited tonight that the one we went to still had some left!!!

McDonald's makes him HAPPY!!!

Tuesday nights Jeremy has Musik Class and we have to drive about 30 minutes to get to where it is. I usually leave work and go straight to school to pick him up and then we have to head straight to class. It has become a tradition that we get to eat at McDonald's on those nights. Something that he looks forward to and a fun time for both of us! Last night I was excited to discover that this McDonald's still has Shamrock Shakes! YUMMY!!!
