Today Cub Scouts Pack 267 welcomed home SPC. Payton Schiff from Iraq.We joined the community of Huntley, the neighborhood of Wing Pointe, family, friends and fellow Americans to welcome him home and thank him for his service to our county and for protecting our freedoms!
While the community welcomed home a hero....
A mother welcomed home her son....

The freedom to have a lemonade and icy pop sale out of a wagon....
The freedom to enjoy summer eating one of those icy pops.....
The freedom for our young men to play Star Wars and battle but to not have to know the true horror of war on our own country's soil.......
The freedom for a young cub scout to dream big and grow up to be whatever he wants.....
